In the heart of this historic district of Parma a couple of young people have opened a bakery that defines it as such is a bit 'sminuente. It seems a bit of a place in a European city with a very precise concept on leavening and quality ingredients. I tried bread and pizza. All right. And a great wish that soon become a reference for this neighborhood. Bravo View all feedback.
