We were delightfully surprised to discover this hidden gem which is situated very close to Salsomaggiore Terme. We highly recommend the tortelli erbetta, calamari and brandy gamberi. The sorbetto and cheesecake were very good! The wine list is well thought out. The Chablis La Roche complemented the fish dishes. We will definitely return to the Querce Country Hotel as it exceeded our expectations. Bravo! View all feedback.

Ero alle querce ed era un'esperienza super positiva in tutto: pulizia, gentilezza di tutto il personale, cibo e benvenuto. Anche la piscina con la camera annessa non era meno. Il luogo è circondato dal verde e la pace regna suprema! Torneremo sicuramente!

The place is located on a very quiet hill, the restaurant has been renewed recently so the atmosphere is very nice. Definetly one of the lightest and tasty gourmet pizza I've ever tasted!
The food here was great, very good dish presentations, and it's a nice place especially if you're looking to sit outside and catch a breeze on those hot summer evenings. As for the service it started out ok, but it was slow. However, I would go back and probably will in the next couple of months.
