To be honest, parma is not the easiest place to be vegan. So I came to try the vegan toast at this place. the greatest toast I ever had. yet it really tastes plane. only aubergine, salate, dried tomatoes and perhaps also zucchini. a rather strange combination of my opinion. it was better than not to eat, but I wouldn't recommend it. "As from title here you can breathe the Emilian tradition with the capital t... all really delicious from the fried cake to the meats, passing from the homemade pasta with strolghino ragu to horse meat. ..everything really sublime, if you are to parmesan go without doubt! Also important to remember the speed of the service with the local strapieno! Impeccable!"

"This is a pleasant restaurant with reasonably good food. The menu consists of traditional dishes from Parma and the wider Emilia-Romagna region. After the customary preamble of meats (including prosciutto di Parma and culatello) and Parmigiano-Reggiano morsels, I tried the tris of filled pasta — these were nice but somewhat rich and cloying. The pasta was also rather dry, both due to the rich and dense filling but also scant butter sauce served with them. That said, this is a perfectly acceptable place to eat when visiting Parma."
