What Frank P likes about Villa Ducale:
After a longs day drive we couldn’t be bothered going out to find a restaurant in Parma so we settled in to eat at the hotels in house. Edith was our waitress, she was excellent. Attentive enough but not so much she imposed. When my partner was unhappy with her under done meat it wasn’t a drama, as it often is in a French restaurant. First visit and hospitality was very good. Starters of Antipasti inc Parma Ham, Gorgonzola, Fritta etc were tasty. My main of Pig Cheek and Polenta was very bland and lacked depth of flavour. Red wine was ok, but not great. View all feedback.
