What Marco Prati doesn't like about Albergo Leon D'oro:
I remembered it better. The starter cured meats are good. Even though the anolini were made of meat, they tasted a lot like cheese, but they are also good because the recipes can change from place to place. I chose the roast trolley... it's a shame because the flavors were very similar, the baked tip was saved. Absolutely a unique place to eat the true Parma culinary tradition. Go from the first courses of a trio of tortellini, to the mixed second courses boiled with the three sauces, up to the mixed desserts such as the Duchess...
