Been here several times since I moved to Parma Heights. Always good service and food. This morning there was a customer having an epic meltdown over this location not accepting coupons. The employee called the owner on the store's phone and let the customer speak to the owner. The customer would not calm down, but the employees handled it as gracefully as they could.
