I stopped on a whim and just at closing time on a Sunday. The owners were enthusiastic about getting me bagels, even though they had already put most everything away. Lucky for me!The bagels were outstanding! We tried pumpernickel, blueberry and plain. They are a generous size, pillowy on the inside, yet nice and crusty on the outside. By far the best in the area! What Nick doesn't like about Hot Bagels Deli:
Person who took the order barely speaks english and asked me to repeat everything I said. Turned a 3-item, 2 minute call into a 10 minute, put me on hold, headache. Online menu different from what they have in some cases. Made it a difficult process having to call, get on Door Dash! Also didnt give a total, time allowment or even say thank you. Best bagel and breakfast spot in jersey! Great prices and they load your bagel with a lot of cream cheese! They never disappoint. Friendly staff and very quick serviceFood: 5/5
This restaurant is by far the best one I have ever been to. The service is utterly unparalleled and the food can be compared to that of Michelin starred restaurants. After stumbling upon this revolutionary phenomenon of a restaurant, I showed it to my whole family and many of my friends, and now they very often eat food from there.Food: 5/5
My favorite bagel place around. Worth the 30 minute round trip to get these.
