I work at a hospital and for social worker month, my department was sent lunch catered by Apple Spice Box. We were sent chicken, mixed veggies, a red potatoes, salad, and bread. The chicken arrived burnt, the potatoes only had rosemary on them and were not fully cooked, and the veggies were steamed with no seasoning. It was not an appealing lunch at all in my humble opinion.
