What Heather Smith doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Pissed off! Sat in the drive through at 12.05pm to 12:20pm for 15 minutes, while the drive thru speaker ignored us and let four cars order ahead of us from the other stall. I'm never coming here again, we'll just drive to Coffeyville or independence where the service is excellent. We should be compensated for our order or gas. Myself and two granddaughters were eating in a McDonald's. The service was terrible and all the tables were dirty. I will not make that mistake again.
