"Don't let looks fool you, this was the worst gyudon I've ever had. Came to this resto because they had good reviews, but was really disappointed with the food. Beef was bland and dry, and there was too much rice. We also ordered kuro black ramen and it was so weird because it tasted too sweet? Like someone swapped salt and sugar? Price was outrageous, too expensive for a dismal meal. They have a working credit card terminal but when I asked if I could pay with card, they refused. Staff seemed nonchalant and unhappy to be serving. Don't understand the hype around this resto, I had a terrible experience. So far from the authentic Japanese restaurants I've tried."
