I ordered a steak medium rare, it was well done. My Waitress wasn't feeling well. "My family and I have been customers for 20 plus years at this Deer Park location. Going at least four times a month. We asked for Josh(waiter) almost every time. Josh had informed us previously that if his section was full, we would have to wait for a seat. This evening, we were told he had no seating available. We said we would wait for a booth. After 20 minutes ,a family came in and said to the greeter that Josh has a booth for us . They were seated with no objection by the same greeter that knew we were waiting. After I asked the manager three times, he finally said they don't reserve tables. I hope the owner has time to call me about this."
