"Usually it is good. But I was very disappointed this time ?We got there and waited an hour. I though ok they must be busy. When we were seated we noticed there was a lot of empty tables. I ordered a steak medium rare, it was well done. My Waitress wasn't feeling well. But she was working hard.I don't think I will go to that location no more.I didn't see a manager coming out to tables."

"My family and I have been customers for 20 plus years at this Deer Park location. Going at least four times a month. We asked for Josh(waiter) almost every time. Josh had informed us previously that if his section was full, we would have to wait for a seat. This evening, we were told he had no seating available. We said we would wait for a booth. After 20 minutes ,a family came in and said to the greeter that Josh has a booth for us . They were seated with no objection by the same greeter that knew we were waiting. After I asked the manager three times, he finally said they don't reserve tables. I hope the owner has time to call me about this."
