The star rating is for the halo halo only. I have not tried anything else here. I only come for the halo halo. Its the best one i have had in philippines. Its complete with all the things a halo halo should have. I even get an extra scoop of ice cream when i get one. I've tried razons and chow king's which all my friends tell me to try. Had a dessert quickie here and basically the con yelo dishes are okay. The fruits were ripenand the desserts have the right amount of sweetness. The place is ok but needs a little tidy-up. read more.
