I think 2017 was the year that the food park concept really took the subway in the storm. if I would fall through a food park, I feel like in the disneyland or something, but my problem is to live on the philippines, we usually have to deal with the heat. what is why I tend to prefer the food hall concept more than the park. What Howell Legros doesn't like about The Broken Oven:
All of the things we ordered tasted weird (I guess that's really how food parks go they try to make food different). The Pork Belly (P250 for 250g) had two sauces and we liked the one with the oil and basil more. The vinegar that came with it tastes odd. Skin is yummy and crunchy but the meat can be seasoned better. The Chicken Iberico Melt (P240) was too rich that we only had one bite and took the rest home. View all feedback.
So I tried their "Special Roasted Pork Belly" and I was frankly disappointed about it. Yes, the skin was still crispy but nothing special with the taste of the belly. Or maybe I just expected too much since I've tasted one of the best roasted pork belly in the Philippines which is in Cebu. I honestly didn't even liked the side, which is vinegar. I just don't think it will blend in. I was just really hungry at that time so I guess I can't complain anymore. And the food was actually very expensive because it's not that it's not worth it, but yeah, close.

Good food outlet at the new Industrie Food Loft in City Golf Plaza, Ugong. The Iberico Chicken Melt is a bomb! Pulled chicken on chorizo rice and topped with mozzarella cheese and torched to perfection. At PHP 240 , this is a steal. Try it!
