"Experienced little restaurant in downtown Paso Robles. We have reservations for the party of 6 on a Saturday nite, but they still couldn't accommodate us. Our party had to sit separate. Menu drinks choices were great. Our server was very friendly on menu choices. I have to try the seafood Paella...."

"Very friendly and excellent service staff. The place was packed but we were able to get a seat on the deck with the heater to keep us warm.The service was fantastic and our drinks came quickly as did our food. That said we could have waited a bit longer for our food and enjoyed a couple more beer first. However we just stayed a bit longer in the end."

"My favorite speakeasy is 1122 in Paso Robles. You enter from the backstreet, and go through a secret library door. You are taken back in time. We sat at the bar and let our bartender make us one of their creative cocktails. I highly recommend 1122. It is small so make a reservation."

"This is hands down my favorite ice cream. I like it better than traditional ice cream in that it is made from sheep's milk and has cleaner ingredients. I like the Fresh Mint and Chip, the Brown sugar, and the Vanilla Bean. The Strawberry Basil is an unique one, but not something I could or want to eat everyday. It is always good to eat local food products from local businesses."

"Positives: great atmosphere dining in the courtyard, attentive service. Negatives: complete failure on food the lamb ragu was ungenerous, a small offering of mostly noodles with only the slightest hint of lamb, more like shavings rather than pieces. Poor value at $38. Our pecan dessert was so dry and tasteless we sent it back. Staff confirmed how bad it was by tasting it themselves. They should have provided another dessert free but didn’t. Our bill showed charges for both desserts and a credit only for the flop. Yes, staff were apologetic but at these prices service and quality were a bust. Big disappointment."
