Cafeteria Azteca - Passaic

We had never eaten here before and found the staff very helpful and patient in explaining the way to order. We are very fussy about our Pizza we make our own when home and really love a thin crust. I've had many Rodizios, too many to count, this is one of the worst I ever had!!!! I need my beef medium rare, not medium, not well done, medium rare!!! About 90% of the meat came out medium or well done!!! Why bother asking me how I like my beef if I'm not going to get it????
