During my first visit to Passaic, I was in need of food and stumbled upon Los Gueros, a small local Taqueria chain. Typically, I avoid chains, but with only around 8 locations, I decided to give it a try. While I've had better tacos before, I've also had worse from many other places. read moreLos Gueros, a quaint taqueria in Passaic, offers a mixed bag of dining experiences. Patrons appreciate the friendly service and well-seasoned tacos, particularly the tacos al pastor, widely praised for their flavor and spice. However, some diners have faced issues with food quality, including hair in tacos and poorly executed dishes. The ambiance, while inviting, lacks polish, and the menu presentation needs improvement. Despite these setbacks, many recommend the place for its affordable prices and satisfying late-night options. Overall, Los Gueros stands as a decent choice for casual dining, particularly on Taco Tuesdays, though some may leave wanting more.
