This place is a MUST-TRY!!! The food was delicious and priced very well. The service was great, very attentive and polite staff. My husband was in the mood for Mexican and wanted a giant burrito so we decided to give this place a try and we were not disappointed. "Today is Tuesday, July 16 3 PM. This is my first time at the New Albany location since I normally go to the one at Bridge Park which I love…but today I was met with unfriendly staff no smiles, no greetings, regretfully I left a tip, I was served cold coffee, asked for it to be microwaved, we don’t do that, she did offer to make a fresh pot, bagel served with out cream cheese as ordered, back to the counter for a third time for a napkin. Overall of the staff needs to make some improvements.I do not like to reward bad service!"
