We have been ordering our Thanksgiving turkey from here for almost 10 years now. For some reason my order this year never processed (probably operator error). I called the week of Thanksgiving to figure out my pickup date, and found out I didn't have an order. Couldn't get anyone to check me out. They kept helping people who came in after me. So I left what I wanted to purchase on the counter and left. I will NOT be back.
