El Tr3s is a modern take on Valencian food offerings but not a million miles from a fine tradition. Classic Valencian mussels (clochinas) yes... But with coconut milk. Fried fish ? Yes but mixed red mullet sardines and elvers crisp and succulent stacked to a peak. We had a beautiful steak cooked to perfection tender and flavoursome enough for two for sure and some yummy fries.
