Finally got to eat here, and this place can match up with any restaurant in Union City. You can tell they cook with love and don't over salt the food (which can ruin a good meal). Been here twice already, I usually find a spot on the street. Food is fantastic. View all feedback.

My cousin Luis and I went tonight to this restaurant. It was our first time, we ordered take out. A lady with 5’ 3” approximate, Latina, black hair and dark skin complexion was our server. I have been coming to this restaurant since 2007 and I absolutely love it. The food is wonderful, it’s a family owned business, they’re very polite and welcoming. The service is great. Highly recommend it if your looking for authentic Dominican food!
Awesome restaurant with great service. I have eaten here multiple times whether it was dine-in, takeout, and we have had them cater events for us. Food is top notch and delicious. Highly recommend. To this day, people still ask me about their potato salad they made for a party my wife and I had.

I grew up eating at this place. You would think me living right next to the restaurant that I would of got tired of the food but no. MI FAMILIA restaurant has and alway had the best DOMINICAN FOOD in Paterson New Jersey. If your in the Paterson area be sure to stop in and get some good food .
