They sell Crispy Pork Vietnamese Rolls . I asked to have mine as a Sandwich which they happily did. The bread is so soft and not as messy as Roll. Best Sandwich I have had, Had a Mocca Coffee which was so Yummy as well. I live in Seaford and am pleased to drive down there for a good meal. Looking forward to tasting more meals from here. What User doesn't like about Patterson Place Cafe:
We decided not to stay at this restaurant because we noticed they allowed people to smoke near the entrance, which goes against the law requiring a minimum distance of 10 metres. We have walked by several times since then and have consistently seen people smoking near the outdoor tables. We will not be returning until they address this issue. View all feedback.
