"Quick, but I sort of see why there was no ice in the ice machine, hardly anyone stops by, but it would have been nice to be given a heads up, once we got our cups, or a sign. Food was great, quick and fast."

"I myself don't eat at Subway very often so I was pleasantly surprised as I watched the lady making the sandwiches because she was making three for us she was very nice and very clean while she worked ,I'm big on cleaneness and to top it off one of the best sandwiches I've ever had at a subway so hats off to the Newman Subway on HWY 33 I'd recommend anyone driving by and hungry to stop and try it I think you'd also love it by the way you can also get gas at the same place so it's a two for one stop what else could you ask for right ?"

"Every restaurant has two sides: the kitchen and the front of house. This place has some talented folks in the kitchen and they deserve 5 stars. The food is really good. It is the only reason we return. While this may be an unfair generalization we think the management is a bit racist. With the exception of two genuinely nice and attentive bus guys (one is a lovely older man), both Hispanic, the wait staff is comprised of the most disenchanted young white women we've ever encountered. The bus guys should be waiting tables and serving food. These girls should be taking the drink orders and bussing the tables."

"Curbside pickup wait time has gone from under 5 minutes to now 5-10 minutes. This used to be the fastest option but now I can watch a car go through the drive thru the same time I arrive for my curbside order but 100% of the time the drive thru get their orders first."

"Starting from the bad service it goes downhill from there. The floor is sticky and the walls are disgusting. The chicken tastes like they kept using the same cooking oil for 10 years, it has this after taste that leaves your mouth coated with a thick fatty substance. The employee just seem to hate everyone and will not talk to you like a real person also if you ask if a packet of honey and butter is in the bag (even though you asked for this in the begging of the order) they will lie and say yes just to find out there's not even a single one is given. Imagine the disappointment when you get home. Worst place to eat in patterson. What a shame."
