"We ordered the veal and chicken parm, and both tasted the same. They have decided to stop cooking to sell pre-made cheap frozen processed food—absolutely no flavor. The meatballs are disgusting. It was 99% soy or other filler with absolutely nothing resembling meat. The bread rolls were either bought frozen and thawed, or They were so overworked when kneaded. Either way, they were too dense and hard. They have cashed in on the goodwill of the community gained through the hard work, sweat, and tears of their founder and traded the time-honored family recipes for some prepackaged garbage. Lena would be rolling in her grave if she knew how they have transformed a community-respected dinner into a frozen food microwavable, soy burger chicken meat glued mockery of a shell of a restaurant. "Went thru the drive thru tonight and the girl that took my order was rude barely could get a word in and the attitude was just disrespectful and what I asked for i got opposite and when I ask for mild sauce because she didn't ask and I still didn't get any. Not the 1st to.e they messed up or the workers are just ignorant. Being nice didnt help. 4Do better. Your customers make your paychecks just remember that. I'll stay with the one on Pleasant Valley Altoona Pa."
