"The views at this cafe were to die for, it only helped that the bakery items were good too! We came to this little cafe at night, just before dinner. It was dark, but the ambiance was quite cozy (with soft candlelights illuminating the terrace and inside). It was a bit chilly outside, but boy I would sit on their rooftop terrace everyday of the year, rain or shine! While on the rooftop, we were able to see the views from Fuego Volcano and its mini eruptions lighting up the night sky. It was truly a scenic once in a lifetime experience. While soaking up the views, we munched on the tarta de fresa and we had an espresso. While we can honestly say we were there for the views, the food did not disappoint either. This cafe was an experience; one that I would like to have again and again. This was a 11/10 place!"

"My husband and I visited this cafe for lunch. Easy to find. Very hipster feel to the cafe (great decor). Menu clearly outlined vegetarian and vegan options with lots of choice. Food was fresh and very tasty. My husband ordered the lunch special which included a tomato and tarragon soup with a eggplant and salad pita which also came with salsa and salad (a slightly small sized dish for him) for Q35. I ordered the tofu stir fry for Q49. Both absolutely delicious. Moderately priced. Would definitely return again. In fact we did! This time I had the tomato and basil soup with baguette and he had the vege nachos these looked impressive. I managed to have a couple of chips not covered in cheese and yes, they were delish! "Luna de Miel is by far my favorite restaurant in Antigua! I have eaten a dozen different times here and always loved it! The crepes are AMAZING! The milk shakes are so good. It's such a nice place and I'm always happy!"

"Ask the waiter to repeat the order before leaving the table. They didn't do it with us and they took something we hadn't asked for, but as "he was scored" on the iPad, it didn't help to get him removed."

"On my quest for the best coffees in Antigua I came here upon recommendation of the Aria coffee roasters. They have a fantastic espresso. Single for 10 quetzals, (double for 15) and so far in Antigua this is the absolute best value for money. The café interior is no frills and down to earth. The decor is oriented a bit toward the 50’s Americana with their hangings metal signs and stupid coffee jokes and rustic wooden Antigua heritage look.. When I came in Taylor Swift was playing. They even have good taste in music! I love it! It is refreshing, considering all the many coffee places in Antigua trying their best to be third wave, and then this coffee shop just presents you with a perfect cup of espresso, with coffee from huehuetenango, roasted locally in Antigua and it is just wow! An explosion of flavours and quite a kick. Medium roasted of course, not bitter, round mouthfeel with some nice acidity. I like! They also sell Antigua cerveza for later in the day."

"Hands down the best local lunch deal in town. For Q20 you get rolls, a starter soup, a main entree with meat, dessert, and a drink with refill. Also, huge burrito with drink for Q20. Menu changes every day. Also a la carte menu."

"We love pizza! But this pizza was great, cool terrace overlooking some antigua ruins and the thin crust pizza had some interesting flavors. I never thought a grape (thin sliced) was so good on a pizza. Enjoy! Many other classics and alternative flavors to try"
