"Great location, gets heaps of sun for most of the day and is suitable for large groups. Been a few times and have had mixed experiences with the service (the last time was great though when we were served by a girl with dark brown hair). Delicious home baking which always tastes fresh. The summer bowl was delicious, but could easily be improved by adding more dressing, as it was a bit dry. Overall great cafe."

"We've had a lot of fish and chips all over NZ and this has been the best!! Not only was the regular gurnard and chips amazing, but they also have great options for anyone who is celiac. Super appreciate the care they took to prepare a safe meal for my partner. And it wasn't dry like most gluten free batter ; Thanks for a great meal!"
