A rather average entry. In a dish a tab of beef that bathes in a fake industrial snail butter: the server's answer: "it's quite normal: it's the shallots that make oil". and all about the tone of forced humour: it's happening from comment. dessert was very medium a sandy covered with a sort of very thick chocolate paste. really a shame because the frame is pretty but the kitchen well below their pretention.
