Having worked overnights at the PV BK as a shift manager, I know how hard it is to find employees that actually work so when someone stands out, I want to let them, the bosses customers know! The shift manager Jody is amazing (whoever trained her must have been one he of a person) and Aclynn, was awesome it was her 1st night! They both need raises and the car other girl was rude as heck! Ate there last night and again this morning. Service last night was ok, this morning was horrible. Employees acting like zombies, no organization at all. Stood in line for 15 minutes to get my order taken, then was another 40 to get my food. Manager tried to refund money but couldn't get it to work for some reason after giving a refund just right before me. Customers that came in after I did got their orders within 1... As a customer, you can use the WLAN of the restaurant at no extra cost, and sports events will be shown on a screen / a TV. You can park your car directly at the parking lot on the property.
