Everyone, from the customers to the employees to the owners, is nothing but smiles laughter and good vibes all around. This place has won a Best in Rhode Island award for the ice cream while being located in Massachusetts. They also won best ice cream in Massachusetts. 1 location won best ice cream for 2 states. "Good afternoon, first of all I was very surprised that they don't have shredded meat empanadas, it could be the most emblematic of Venezuelan food, and it's a bit strange that they have ground beef and not shredded meat The arepas are very, very thin, I understand that this way you can highlight the flavors more, but it doesn't get anywhere and at least the ham one that was the only one I tried, besides lacking seasoning, it didn't have a good presentation, the ham must be in chunks or thicker threads, it looked like ground canned tuna, the papelon with lemon didn't seem to be natural, or if it was natural it was linked with something else, the cachapa didn't have its traditional flavor, it looked more like a pancake, but of all it was the most acceptable because the pork was well done In addition to that, the service was not the best, we were the only customers at that time and the waitress treated us as if she were busy, in an inattentive and very unfriendly way, taking into account that we were 3 very nice people, and that we ordered everything with please, thank you and gesture of kindness, it seems that the tip was for us The atmosphere seems very good to me and the bar looks very nice."

"Many paintings, one of the best, go early until you have to wait. the workers are beautiful in the evening, the desserts are all made in the house, the eating is delicious. a thing I really like is that they never ask you to go. they don't even give you the look."

"I am very happy to have found this restaurant Francesca's it may be a little small inside, but the menu is varied from meats to vegan, to gluten free. I made an order over the telephone and picked it up. By the time I got there my order was ready and still warm. I am vegan so everything that I ordered for myself and for my family was absolutely delicious! I will be recommending this great restaurant to my friends!"

"Love love love the sweet chili wings, def my fave. But the Garlic parm were a close for my top too. Loved the buffalo and lemon pepper wings as well. The fries were yummy also. Last but not least, I can't leave out Shays sweet treats. I came for the sweet treats originally but willl be back for both the wings and treats."

"This place may be better than Pho Saigon. The prices are unbeatable and the portion sizes are unprecedented. The staff is always very hospitable and the fish tank is well maintained... just revisited tonight. I took a star off. The waitress was still fantastic, but the place needs to be cleaned. The table was not clean nor was the floor or COVID dividers. The food was still unbeatable. The only other suggestion I could offer, which I hope someone reads, is to either put a sign at the entrance or have someone greet you and tell you what to do. Everyone just walks in and stands there confused. Make it more welcoming."

"Great visit! Stopped in after 3pm on a Sunday and tried the famous $5 burger special excellent. Service was great and a friendly Irish pub atmosphere. 7 stars for the homemade chicken fingers. Marinated for 12 hours and then breaded and fried. Best chicken fingers around."

"First time at this restaurant, although the couple we went with had been before. The food was very good. Our only complaint was that the one appetizer we got was not brought out until our entrees were brought out, definitely not the point if an appetizer! When we brought it to our waitress's attention, she said it was her fault but never offered any compensation. We were still charged for it. Our meals were great but the calimari was dry and rubbery... maybe it sat it the back and was left under heat lamps? No clue but that was disappointing. Anyway, we will return another time and give it another try and maybe will have another wait staff serving us. Sorry, forgot to take pictures...next time!"
