Only two staff members working made for longer wait times. First to be seated, another wait to order, and a longer wait for our meal. The food was warm when it arrived and tasted good. Portions seemed smaller while prices slightly higher than in the past. Our server was very friendly and even stopped by our table while we were eating to check on us despite being so busy. What User doesn't like about Ihop:
Slowest IHOP ever! We've been here several times, why we keep coming back..I don't know! One experience we waited 45 minutes for our food to get to the table. Other times, 30+. Today, not only did it take 10 minutes to get sat, 30 more to get our food, the pancakes were burnt, and COLD! As we're the eggs. Should I have to ask the waitress 4 times for creamer, and still not get any? So frustrated. View all feedback.
