This was our first visit, as there are no Chick-fil-a in our area of N.H. We both had the spicy chicken and added bacon (of course). Amazing taste, juicy with a kick! The waffle fries were piping hot and you could tell they were very fresh. Do you cut your own fries? I had them with the buffalo sauce, which was so god, I took some home! View all feedback.

My order was made well before I arrived for my curbside pickup. The fries were cold and soggy and my cup was filled with 2/3 ice despite asking for LITE ice. Food is Chick Fil A, always good. I wanted to say something about the employee Dolores who helped me today. She was exceptionally pleasant and it was so refreshing to have someone make you feel good. Thank you Dolores, you made my day. ????

Disclaimer: Review based on Job process and not customer experiences. Just wanted to show disappointment for the ignorance of the management to their applicants. I applied and went for an interview, it was conducted by a director, Matt. No issues there,but then, I was never contacted back. I made 2 phone calls and an email, and never heard back. Eventually checked my applicantportal to find out I was no longer considered for the position. Just saying, management should have the same respect to letpeople know that the applicant has in taking their time to interview. Pretty decent customer experience but don?t apply hereunless you want to be blown off before, during or after the interview.
I don?t know the employee?s name but she?s tall and Hispanic. Anytime I?ve gone there she has gone above and beyond. Recommending things, letting me know about any rewards or specials. I?m super pregnant and really do appreciate the customerservice. Everyone else is great too but I wanted to highlight her specifically since she?s the person who sticks out to me themost.
Really disappointed with their service today. I work at the mall and order here almost 5 days a week. The manager sent me rewards for the regular chicken sandwich every now and then. As per the Manager's instructions if I want to switch the regularto spicy sandwich I just have to put it under instructions and they'd do it. For the past 7-8 months that's exactly what I'vebeen doing and today suddenly they told me that they never do it and make it look like I'm lying. That's first. I left my storeto grab food while ordering online kept waiting for close to 20min at the store when I asked where my order was it was not evenon the system. Now after waiting for 20min and after all that confusion you'd want to make sure that you make the customer happyafter that but no!! they had to get my order wrong after that i wanted my sandwich with no pickles and with pepperjack cheese.They sent the sandwich with the pickles but no pepperjack cheese!!! After going back and telling him my problem the guy saysI'll have to charge $0.30 for the pepperjack cheese!!!! So done from this place!!!!!!! (Just so you know pick up name is Jue Gand the manager has always everysingle time switched my regular sandwich to the spicy sandwich if its on the specialinstructions!!! The employee today can also confirm that with your manager!!
