It is very fast effiencient and clean, and the same owners have been at this place for over 40+ years! very friendly

I had a good experience at this location. My goodness the 2 employees there were so upbeat and really good vibes. Served with a smile made my vanilla Chai ON POINT! Thank you!
Parking lot is difficult to get in and out at busy times. Service is very good.
