Very juicy moist fresh brisket and ribs, alot of meat, love the smokey flavor. We had Mac and cheese, beans, and corn bread for sides and they were all amazing and had a slight new twist of flavor in each. The owner Hoppy and staff were very friendly, the place was very clean and organized, and the order came out quickly. Best BBQ I've had around. Ribs are FANTASTIC, Brisket is good, pulled pork sandwich is phenomenal and they have these deep fried pulled pork rolls made on Thurs...

I ate here for the first time today and was blown away! Hoppy's has some of the most delicious BBQ (and sides) I have ever eaten... and I have eaten a lot of BB...
