the original santarpio in east boston is a real sign and is a stiff competition for regina in the north end, my favorite. the sausage is the best in restaurant east boston. it was pretty good here on route 1 in peabody, but it was almost invisible, there was so little. so they calculate more, but let it be more present on their cake! read more.
