This pleace is a great choice for excellent food and service. Lounge was full almost every night and the service was fast. Great quality of food,always good,had a dinner 4 days in a row and it was perfect. View all feedback.
What Albert Bellerive doesn't like about Chateau Nova:
Service at front desk was good. Room was good except for the long hair in the tub. Cafe table service was good. It took long time to get breakfast The food was cold when it arrived and not what I wanted. Other people came and left as there order was taking to long. View all feedback.
Staff was rude!!! I do not recommend!! Why work in customer service if u can't provide help!! Had no room available for us called a few weeks in advance!!!
