I’ll start by saying I’ve never liked brisket until now! Everything was DELICIOUS. Everyone was very friendly. I so wish I could’ve tried the burnt ends but they were out. Underwhelming and average at best. We waited in line for 4 hours to only try the queso and cheerwine sausage. Someone came through the line to let everyone know they were out of brisket, which we appreciate, and took down what everyone wanted. We were told they would still have pulled pork and turkey.
