Chick-fil-a - Peachtree City

We come to this location way too often (way too often), and 99% of the time receive hot food and great service. The 1% of the times it's not, the store always fixes it to make it right. The drive thru is normally faster than it looks too, I just always seem to pick the slow line! LOL

Staff was very friendly but they seamed a bit distracted. I waited for almost 20 minutes for my mobile carry out order before I had to go up to go up to the counter and ask for them to check on it. I understand that sometimes things can get lost, but atthe counter I could clearly see my order on the board in bright red. All the while cars were going quickly though the drivethrough.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints with the quality of the food and customer service. This particular store is at a very, very busy area and still the lines move fast and the food orders are always complete.

Always consistently good. There are lines at the drive through but there are lots of employees outside to take orders. Polite employees. Our order was accurate and the fries were nice and hot as they should be!

Used to be very reliable but now over my last 5 visits, something has been missing from my orders and I've had to return for them to correct it. I guess I'll have to pull a McDonald's move and sit in line to check the contents of my order first. Neverhad to do that with CFA but that's a different story with this location. I will say they're always apologetic.
