I have changed my stars. I don’t know if there’s new management, but I know there are new employees and wow my experience has been so much better this time. No long lines, they actually have donuts in stock(they’re always out of the one I like, not this time), and the employees are nice and patient. Great job guys! Keep it up! View all feedback.

Just start over. This place is terrible. Just left the drive through because they could only move forward a single car in 30 minutes. Orders are almost always wrong. No one seems to know what they're doing or how to run the place smoothly. View all feedback.

This is the worst Dunkin I've ever seen in Peachtree. All the kids hanging around the store. The display is FILTHY! The entire store is dirty, unkempt. The female employee looked at me and never acknowledged me. 4 minutes go by as she again looked at me and continued ignoring me. The male employee with his pants dirty that he kept pulling it up while completely ignoring me. Dunkin can do better than this. This is disappointing and should be embarrassing.

The disdain they show for customers is off the charts. Expect to wait 20 minutes in the drive through, be ignored when you get to the window and have your order wrong with zero desire to make it right. May as well light money on fire before you decide to go here. Total disaster.
