I really didn’t want to like this place as much as I did. I really like those little mom and pop donuts and kolache places, so good. But we tried kolache factory because I have a family member who works at one. Kind of had to try it. Oh man! So glad I did! What Johnny B doesn't like about Kolache Factory:
DO NOT GO HERE! Took 15 min to order in the drive thru (was only behind 1 car), kolaches were cold despite being told they were warmed up, and my kolache was missing cheese (I ordered a Sausage and cheese kolache... should be pretty simple). If I could give them a 0/5, I would. The location in River oaks is fantastic and never disappoints. Definitely will not give this Pearland location my business. View all feedback.
