We ordered a pre-designed cake with five days notice for pick-up. Their website indicates they need 24-hours notice to complete an order from their pre-designed cakes. We requested pick-up for 1/27 between 12-1. After not receiving a text message, as indicated in the purchase order, I called to inquire about the status of the cake.
