After driving down the coast this past was lame. You have to pay money to enter the road, which is beautiful scenery and multi million dollar homes. Not really worth it to me! View all feedback.
What LA R doesn't like about Mpcc Dunes Shelter Private:
Serious onion allergy. Food came loaded, despite my request. Replacement came once everyone else done eating. Chicken too hard to cut with knife and bun was soggy and burnt. Left hungry. View all feedback.
Sand dab tacos...yes. went for lunch. Staff is excellent. View is excellent.
This review happened during COVID (April 2021). Go early it does get busy. Lots of stops that are clearly marked. The stops are perfectly situated, and the sights are incredible. They truly are beautiful and well worth your time. Some stops have picnic tables and I strongly suggest you take some time to have a nice lunch. Bring your own lunch. Not a lot of places to buy food on the drive. Its windy and can get cold so bring a jacket. You will find lots of places to take pictures. They drive really makes you forget about work and the stress of life. I will do this drive again. My wife and I loved it.

Fabulouso with great food, beverages, and views. Not much better!
What a nice area to explore, and the friendly gate staff provided a map and advice (stop #3 is best for sunset pics). Ok you have to pay $11 but that’s ok with me.
