"Messed up our Blizzard order. Didn’t turn upside when handing to us...because it had the consistency of a warm milk shake. And, then we noticed they were made with chocolate not vanilla ice cream. Not the end of the world, I know but the attitude we encountered after pointing these things out was unconscionable. When the girl came back out she flipped the Blizzards over so hard ice cream hit my truck, and more karmically, all over her order window. Never again Pecos. Back to Santa Fe Place for our treats."

"Waitress was kind in a rush (not friendly) asked her if there was any kind of breakfast and she said no no explanation if they stop at a certain time or n breakfast at all. This is my first time coming to this restaurant. My husband asked for ham and cheese sandwich and chips (the menu says chip or fries). The waitress came with the plate and said there is no chips so his plate had fries (the waitress didn 't even asked the customer, the fries were on the plate) food is good but they need more Customers Service and be more friendly."
