It's late at night coming into Pecos. All the independent restaurants are closed and we don't want fast food. Found this food trailer. Most Mexican food trucks or trailers do street tacos well and this one accomplished that as well. They don't cook until you order, so it comes out hot. Great tasting and they don't mind cooking it the way you want it. Only drawback was some of the meat was gristly. Would stop there ag... View all feedback.
What Hardtail Todd doesn't like about El Taco Loco Birrieria:
Great food but was taxed 40% which is ridiculously high. Our before tax was 25 and 35 after. How in the world? And she was speaking English fine when I ordered and then after I got the food and asked she acted like she couldn't speak english..... View all feedback.

Very good food. But, very expensive. A Birria Ramen Cup and a glass of Horchata was almost $20.
Poor service I ordered 2 burritos with onions and cilantro and they gave me just the meat in it and there said they have beans with cheese and that wasn't true, and very expensive Definitely I don't come back and don't recommend it ????
Very good food, birria tacos and birria ramen are my new favorites thanks to them.
