The Customer Service here is exceptional. The staff that work the shift of 1/14/2024 at 2pm was on point. The food was hot and entire restaurant was very very clean. A lot of local restaurants could learn from them. PDQ is here to stay and they got something to say. All the staff needs a raise!!!!!! View all feedback.

It was late afternoon and I needed to eat something quick. Drove to the drive through and waited, didn’t see any intercom or speaker so drove around. Stopped at another area with a glass window but no one was working there. Just pulled around and hoped someone at the final window could take my order.
