Negative customer service experience, hostess procedures are outdated. The restaurant was EMPTY but I was told I could feel free to “come back” when my other party was here to be seated. I was confused and asked was I expected to wait outside— to which the hostess replied something to the extent of, well you don’t see a waiting area here…craaaazy statement to make looking at an empty restaurant.
