"The hotel and restaurant were very neat. Clean, tidy and with excellent service. There are 5 pools outside and 3 inside. Big and small. It is missing several details: broken door handles. Dirty gallery. The sauna was very neglected. Broken wood floors. There is no staff in the outdoor pools. General maintenance is lacking in the spa and hot springs. Rooms: Clean sheets and towels.
