"After an awful experience some years ago we gave this place a fresh chance. Mistake. Firstly my order of plain rice was mistaken to be naan bread but was quickly rectified even if not with any apology. My Chicken Bhuna was average although lacking in quantity of chicken. My husband 's order of Chilli Garlic Chicken had an unusual but very distinct sweet sour flavour chinese MSG glaze with a strange, unpleasant aroma (can only describe it as that of an old damp dishcloth). When my husband tried to explain to the waiter, the waiter became really quite aggressive insisting we were wrong even taking a fork prodding through my husband 's plate dish, slopping it over the sides! I had tasted the sauce so confirmed it to be sweet sour with a horrible smell but the waiter told us that the menu stated that Chilli Garlic Chicken was sweet sour (it does not). Whilst endeavouring to explain our problem disappointment to this rude aggressive waiter (who at no time made any apology or gave any reason for their failings) a member of the public on an adjacent table decided to interrupt and tell me that we shouldn 't have told the staff that there was anything wrong. This person stated that they have eaten there hundreds of times should just politely leave the food, pay go I can only presume they do not know any better or are benefitted in some way by statements such as this in front of the staff. Despite neither of us eating our meals (we prefer to eat together), leaving most of our second drinks, we paid the full bill as presented to us we did question this however, the staff told us that they had gone to the trouble of cooking it so the full bill was our responsibility so we left hungry. A costly, thoroughly unpleasant mistake due to cooking, staff a few regular patrons. We have many Nepalese friends chefs across Europe so I do speak with a reasonable knowledge of their food I would avoid at all costs. No zero allowed so I can only give 1."
