A medium rare steak was ordered but we got this instead. When the waitress was informed she just shrugged her shoulders and apologised. It was still included in the bill! Such a shame as it is a lovely location and restaurant generally. Not sure if...the waitress was too scared to tell the chef but it was a thoroughly disappointing end to a promising meal.
