Plenty of space to park, great hotel room, but I wait 2.5 hours to check, and I have to wait again when I check out for 20 minutes, wishing next service can be better. I stayed at college of hotel, but the connection is low n always connect when I zoommeeting, better connect to your phone hotspot. But the room is great. Wish next stay the service can be better. I think the management is trying to keep costs down, so the check-in process is affected by the lack of manpower. If you try to reduce costs, your reputation will be the worst and it will ultimately affect your business if you ask your customer to wait for 1 hour no matter what reason your staff explained to me.
