This Bakwan is quite different than usual Bakwan. They ordered it per piece and you can eat it directly or on the brown sauce (like the sauce for Pempek Palembang). A little oily, so eat it better with the sauce. And eating it when it's still warm better. View all feedback.

Udah setahunan pengen nyobain bakwan sumatra ini karna kata temen enak. Tp karna ga berdomisili di pelanbaru, baru kesampean nyobain kemaren. So I did come with a quite high expectation. Turns out it was a let down. The taste was very so so and too floury to me. Even my mom could make a better bakwan. The filling was carrot and potato, but very little. The Bakwan is delicious, the live music is really nice
They are part of my life, since I am not born. This three-generation business owner is very friendly and friendly people. She fried potato dough never had different tastes, for age!!!
Special source adding to Bakwan. We had Indo mie, vanilla, ice tea. Will come back again
Bakwan Sumatera is the best food there and really cheap as well. Great location. Perhaps needs more cleanliness
